Our house is located very centrally and just 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants, slopes and lifts.
Ski and hiking trails are near the house. For cultural expeditions: the city of Salzburg is just 35 minutes away.
many other attractions such as Eisriesenwelt - Lichtensteinklamm-  Grossglockner - ski jump Bischofshofen
and many more can be reached within 30 Minuten and less.

St. Martin also offers a small lake which is in 5-minute walking distance from our house.

Only 10 minutes by car to the sports world Amade' or Therme Altenmarkt and ski region Dachstein West (free Schibus- stop in front of the house)
